Shipping & Returns

Custom Production Time:

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after you’ve placed your order to go from concept to creation and receive a digital mockup via email for your approval. Once approved, see below for approximate shipping times.

Shipping Regions:

Currently shipping to Canada and the USA.

Shipping Time:

If you are located within Ontario, please allow 1 week for shipping. If you are located in another province or in the USA, please allow 2 weeks for shipping. You will be provided with a confirmation email and tracking number when your order has been shipped.

Returns:

There are no returns for digital downloads as the product cannot be physically returned. All custom commissions are final sale as each piece is handmade to order. If a physical piece arrives with damage from being shipped, a replacement piece will be provided free of charge.
